We review the site with care, but Belgium Theory may contain mistakes, omissions, simplified explanations or information that has become outdated. Road rules, sanctions, fees, booking requirements, language assistance and examination procedures can change, sometimes without advance notice to us.

2. Check the responsible official source

Do not rely on this website as the only source for an exam booking, a legal decision or conduct on the road. Verify current requirements with the authority or authorised examination centre responsible for your region. Current legislation, official road signs, traffic signals and directions from authorised officers always take priority over this website.

3. Original practice—not the official exam

Our questions and explanations are independently written learning material. They are not copied from, supplied by or approved as official examination questions. Using the site does not guarantee that you will pass an examination, receive a licence or obtain a particular score.

4. Regional and individual differences

Belgian examination administration is regional. A procedure described for Flanders may not apply in the same way in Brussels or Wallonia. Your examination centre, personal eligibility, vehicle and circumstances may also affect which requirements apply.

5. Safety and legal responsibility

The site cannot assess a live traffic situation. When driving, use your own judgement, follow the law and obey current signs, signals and authorised instructions. Nothing on Belgium Theory should be used to justify unsafe or unlawful conduct.
