1. Operator and contact

Belgium Theory is operated by Berk Arif, at Kloosterstraat 1, 9090 Melle, Belgium. Questions, complaints and rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

2. Independent educational service

Belgium Theory provides independent English-language study support for the Belgian Category B driving-theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for a Belgian authority, examination centre or driving school. Our practice questions are original and are not official examination questions.

The service supports preparation but does not guarantee an exam result, booking or licence. Rules, fees and procedures may change and can differ between Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority and follow official signs and authorised instructions.

3. Free access and future funding

The learning content currently offered on the site is free. Belgium Theory does not currently load Google AdSense or another advertising network. If advertising is introduced again, the site and Privacy policy will be updated before the relevant advertising technologies are enabled.

Free access does not create a paid membership, subscription or entitlement to uninterrupted access.

4. Accounts and progress

You may study without an account. A verified email account is required only for features that save progress between devices. You must use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Account access is personal and must not be sold, transferred or used to give others access to private records.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site and its content for personal study. You may not scrape or systematically extract the question bank, reproduce substantial parts of the service, remove attribution, resell content, automate excessive requests, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, the service or third parties, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain technical security.

6. Intellectual property and sources

Belgium Theory’s original lessons, questions, explanations, visual presentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Public-domain and third-party materials remain subject to their stated source and licence. Linking to an official source does not transfer ownership of that source to Belgium Theory.

7. Accuracy, verification, availability and liability

We work to keep information accurate and useful, but educational content may contain errors, omissions, simplifications or become outdated. You must verify current rules and exam requirements with the responsible Belgian or regional authority before relying on them. Current legislation, official road signs, traffic signals and authorised instructions always take priority.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, a particular examination result or fitness for a particular exam date. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please read the Educational disclaimer for further detail and official-source links.

8. Privacy, cookies and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how account, learning, first-party usage measurement and contact data are handled. Essential account messages are separate from optional marketing. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details by email.

9. External links

The site links to official authorities and other third-party resources for convenience and further reading. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or data practices. Check the destination before relying on it.

10. Changes, complaints and applicable law

We may update the service or these terms to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be presented appropriately. Send complaints to [email protected]. These terms are governed by applicable Belgian law, without removing mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
